New Rose Court Farms Show Team

The Olympic Equestrian events have been inspiring our riders. We are happy to announce that the newly formed Rose Court Farms Equestrian Team will compete at the Tall Pines Horse Show Circuit this fall.  The coaches will be Lindsey Loppnow, Katie Forcier, and Brett Yohn. The Tall Pines Horse Show Circuit schedule includes fall shows on September 29, October 27, November 10, and December 1.  We are planning for a special day on September 29, with Mary buying a large Rose Court Farms tent, and Roger providing a grill and food. Lindsey, Faith, Annette and Christina, Rob and Mary, and Roger and Amy will be hauling horses. We invite the whole barn to come out to ride or support our team (and bring a side dish, if you can)!

Show practice will start Saturday, August 11th.  This group lesson will begin at 8:30 each week, so riders should be tacked up and in the front ring then. Bring $15 with you to help pay for the group lesson. You will have the opportunity to practice riding in show conditions, with multiple horses in the ring. We encourage all riders to attend at least two show practices if you plan to represent Rose Court Farms in the show. Also, we request that a a supervising adult accompany all young riders.

We have some horses who are still looking for a ride to the show.  If you can haul, let Mary know.
