Publisher Rose Cushing says the debut issue of South Carolina Hoofbeats is now available in feed and tack shops throughout the state. The first edition has information on upcoming events, horse health and training topics.
The publication is quarterly, but there is also an online version with additional articles, photographs and a statewide events calendar.
Cushing says this is the first statewide equine magazine just for South Carolina. It features information on all riding disciplines and breeds.
Cushing says a study shows that the horse industry represents a $2.7 billion dollar impact on the South Carolina economy. You can find them on Facebook, as well.
