Sign up for Southern Winds Equestrian Camp Now!


Broxton Bridge Plantation, nestled on the Salkehatchie River, is located just south of Walterboro, SC in a town called Ehrhardt. (click for directions) Campers will enjoy endless trail riding, swimming, campfires, daily riding lessons and resting in the 18th century plantation house. Broxton Bridge Plantation's tranquil beauty offers your child the equestrian memory of a lifetime. Complete camp package $500.00.

Southern Winds Equestrian Camp will give your child individualized instruction while teaching responsibility and allowing them to gain confidence in their skills as a horse woman. The girls are divided into groups according to their own abilities.  The dates are June 23-28, 2013.  

Daily activities include arts and crafts, lessons, trail rides, swimming, camp fires complete with s'mores, demonstrations, and class time. The girls will also compete in a private horse show with all the ribbons of an open show. Fill out the online registration form and you will be directed to the other forms necessary to reserve your child’s spot (You will need to sign a waiver and send a copy of your child's medical insurance card). Private horses are welcome and encouraged.

If you don’t own a horse, one will be provided for your child. A negative Coggins required with private horse registration. Deposits are being taken now. Don’t wait, spots are limited. Deposit of $100.00 must accompany registration. All fees must be paid by May 22nd.
